Weichers anchored Minnesota Aurora’s inaugural season as a holding midfielder, helping the defense secure six shutouts while also contributing nine points (3 goals, 3 assists) to the attack. Weichers was named Star Tribune Star of the Game twice (6/10 and 7/23).
As co-captain during the 2023 Aurora season, Weichers was the only player to appear in all 14 matches for Aurora, scoring one goal. Her six assists tied for first on the team.
Her championship goal in the 2-1 loss to South Georgia Tormenta FC won the USL W League 2022 Goal of the Year and was featured on Futbol Americas’ (of ESPN) Top 10.
College Career: Weichers redshirted her freshman year at Utah State University, but starting 2021, she has started every match (66) for the Aggies. She scored one goal and assisted once in 2022 for three career points.
Weichers won the Utah 6A state championship as a high school junior.
