Alicia Donley

Donley represented the Cleveland Force during their inaugural USL W season in 2023. Donley appeared in nine matches and played 729 minutes. 

Donley began her collegiate soccer career at the University of Tennessee. As a mid-year enrollee, Donley scored three goals in 11 matches before an injury cut her freshman season short. As a sophomore, Donley started in six of her nine appearances, scoring one goal.

Donley transferred to the University of Dayton in 2021. During the 2021 season, Donely scored five goals. Although listed as a forward in 2022 (4 goals, 3 assists) and 2023 (2 goals, 3 assists), Donley began to transition to the defensive line. She helped Dayton to 11 shutouts in 2023. 

Donley majored in communication studies at the University of Dayton and was the Social Media Chair for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee in 2023-24.
