Kante started nine of 13 appearances during her freshman season. She played 819 minutes, including the full 90 in four matches. Kante was named Big 12 Freshman of the Week after scoring off a corner kick against Drake (8/28).
Kante redshirted her sophomore season due to an injury. Kante plays alongside Aurora teammate Saige Wimes at the University of Kansas.
At the prep level, Kante won Kansas’ 5A High School State Championship. She is majoring in business at the University of Kansas.
