School: University of Montana
A decorated college center back and native of Seattle, Boone joins Aurora for her first season with the club in 2025.
Boone arrives in Eagan fresh off a four year collegiate career with NCAA Division I University of Montana, where she was teammates for two seasons with current Aurora goalkeeper Bayliss Flynn. Boone spent one season with Gonzaga prior to transferring into the Grizzlies’ program in 2021.
As a sophomore, Boone earned Big Sky All-Tournament Team honors, starting all three of Montana’s postseason fixtures that year, including their NCAA Tournament match against Washington State. She made 19 appearances, netting the match winner against Sacramento State University in the conference tournament.
Boone followed that season up with a 20 start campaign as a junior in 2022, playing all but 44 minutes that season.
In 2023, Boone earned what was her first of two-consecutive All-Big Sky honors, landing on the conference first team. She started each of the team’s 19 matches, playing a team-high 1,680 minutes as a senior while helping the backline to 11 clean sheets and a conference-record nine goals allowed.
As a graduate student in 2024, Boone earned the captain’s armband for Montana, again starting all 19 contests and playing every minute (1,730). Boone again earned All-Big Sky First Team honors, leading the Grizzlies’ defense to a .737 shutout percentage, which ranked first in the NCAA.
At the club level, Boone was part of a Crossfire Premier side that won the 2020 Surf Cup and finished ranked second in the country. She was invited to train at the US Soccer Center each season from 2013 to 2018.
