Sophie Augustin



Hometown: Augsburg, Germany

School: Seminole State College

As a freshman at Seminole State, Agustin started 10 of her 11 appearances. She made 27 saves and posted four solo shutouts. During her sophomore season, Augustin held opponents to 10 goals across 21 matches (0.52 GAA). She made 66 saves in 2021, including a season-high seven saves in a penalty shootout win to lead Seminole State College into the NJCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship semifinals.

In 2022, Augustin transferred to the University of Hawai’i for her junior season. She started three of her four appearances and made 21 saves. Augustin was named the Big West Defensive Player of the Week in September. 

As a senior, she started every match (16) for the Rainbow Wahine and posted two shutouts.
