Miranda Hernandez

Director of Partnerships

Miranda Hernandez joins Minnesota Aurora FC as Director of Partnerships, bringing a
dynamic career built on connection, collaboration, and purpose. For a decade, Miranda
has worked in philanthropy and corporate engagement—most recently as Director of
Advancement at Neighborhood House in St. Paul, where she led major partnerships
and sponsorship strategies with many of Minnesota’s most recognized brands. Prior to
that, she spent several years with Feeding America, cultivating partnerships
representing multi-million-dollar collaborations with Fortune 500 companies to align
brand goals with meaningful impact.

Miranda’s career has also taken her abroad, living and working in Dublin, Ireland, where
she partnered with international nonprofits and social enterprises focused on youth
development, sustainability, and global community building. Across every role, she has
built a reputation for creativity, relationship-driven strategy, and an ability to bring brands
and communities together around a shared mission.

Now, she’s excited to bring that experience into the sports world, helping Minnesota
Aurora continue to lead the way in women’s athletics, equity, and community
engagement. A proud second-generation American from San Antonio, Texas, Miranda
credits her family’s story with inspiring her belief in opportunity, hard work, and lifting
others as you rise.

A lifelong sports fan, Miranda is especially passionate about women’s sports and their
ability to unite people, amplify diverse voices, and spark cultural change. She looks
forward to growing partnerships that help Aurora shine on and off the pitch—building
something bigger than the game itself.
