Rachel Pierce (she/her)

Rachel has been working in events and operations in sports for seven years, spending time in NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, USA Paralympics, NBA and WNBA, and women’s soccer. Before working in sports, she spent time helping non-profits in events and operations and as an Education Coordinator at a Boys and Girls Club in Indianapolis.

Rachel joined the Minnesota Aurora team as a contracted game operations manager for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, and has recently come on as a full-time staff member to execute the 2024 season and many other events to come. 

In her spare time, Rachel likes to spend time with her dogs, Tuna and Winston, drink good coffee, explore cities and landscapes, and run or take boxing or lifting classes.”
