Gretchen has been obsessed with retail for over 20 years, with experience in Buying, Planning, and Product Development at Crate and Barrel, One Kings Lane, and as a business consultant. She’s known for her strategic thinking, love of data, and talent for building strong, collaborative teams. Born with a limb difference, she grew up loving soccer — one of the few sports that made her feel equal to able-bodied players. Her spare time is spent chasing after her young daughters, spending time with her husband, hanging out with loved ones, and staying up way too late reading when she should really go to bed.
