ABOUT THE CLUB
Minnesota Aurora FC is a community-owned women’s soccer team based in the Twin Cities with over 5000 community owners across 50 states and 19 countries. The club has two teams and plays in the pre-professional USL W League and UPSL Women’s League, starring and featuring the best amateur and aspiring professional players from Minnesota and across the globe. The club is operated by a women-led front office and coaching staff.

The Group Ticketing Customer Service position is part time, seasonal, and starts March 2, 2025. The position reports to the interim head of Ticketing. The office is located in Eagan, MN, and home games are at TCO Stadium.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound emails from fans via ticketing@mnaurora.com that are interested in purchasing tickets for 15 or more people.
- Work with ticketing customer service to split up groups vs individual tickets.
- Work with the groups to get all the information needed to process their tickets order including date of game, number of tickets and method of payment.
- Provide information for Flik catering if requested.
- Work with the Vikings assigned ticketing person to submit the payment information and specific game information.
- Have understanding of all ticketing options for Aurora.
- Understanding of how to use the app to select and purchase tickets
- Develop instructions for fans to use the app that is easily communicated.
- Work with Finance to get invoices generated as needed for groups.
- Communicate any ongoing issues and questions to the Ticketing Lead.
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must commit to Minnesota Aurora being a priority in season, May-July. Must be available to work home games.
- Complete and sign a confidentiality agreement.
COMPENSATION
$18 per hour submitted bi-weekly through Aurora’s payroll system
