Ticket Policy

Minnesota Aurora FC ticket policy: Aurora tickets are non-refundable and there are no exchanges.

Tickets are a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the Holder), agrees to all of the terms hereof. By using tickets and entering the stadium, the Holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license.

Tickets may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of the Minnesota Aurora FC.

The Holder grants permission to the Minnesota Aurora FC (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holders image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

THE HOLDER OF TICKETS VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise.

The Holder and the Holders belongings may be searched upon entry into the arena, and the Holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims that might arise against the Minnesota Aurora FC. If the Holder elects not to consent to these searches, the Holder will be denied entry into the arena. Minnesota Aurora reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming and does not uphold the values of Minnesota Aurora including any hate speech or racial slurs.

Season Ticket Member Benefits Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the Minnesota Aurora FC Season
Ticket Member Benefits between Minnesota Holdings, GBC, doing business as Minnesota
Aurora FC (“Minnesota Aurora FC,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), and the holder of season tickets
(“Season Ticket Member,” “you,” and “your”). Minnesota Aurora FC ticket policy.

(1) License

Season Ticket Member benefits are offered by Minnesota Aurora FC and are subject to
availability and any changes to applicable league, venue, and organizational policies. Minnesota
Aurora FC owns and controls all rights to Season Tickets and seat locations. Season Ticket
Members obtain a limited license to use the seat location designated by the Season Ticket.
Benefits are intended for the personal use of the registered Season Ticket Member and are
non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Minnesota Aurora FC, in its sole and absolute
discretion, may revoke this license at any time, for any reason, with or without providing a
refund. Breach of any of the terms of this Agreement or relevant ticket policies shall entitle
Minnesota Aurora FC to take all legal remedies, including but not limited to revocation or
cancellation of your Season Tickets.

(2) Season Ticket Member Benefits

Priority access benefits, including early access to playoff tickets, merchandise, and premium
parking, provide Season Ticket Members with the opportunity to purchase before the general
public but do not guarantee availability, seating location, quantity, or pricing. All purchases are
subject to inventory limits and applicable purchase terms at the time of sale.

Minnesota Aurora FC may provide certain benefits to Season Ticket Members in Minnesota
Aurora FC’s sole and absolute discretion. Invitations to experiences, events, and programs such
as virtual behind-the-scenes sessions, training session attendance, exclusive events, kit
reveals, and field-level warm-up viewing are subject to scheduling, capacity, operational
considerations, weather, and participant availability. Advance registration or RSVP may be
required. Minnesota Aurora FC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, limit, or
cancel any experience at its discretion.

Merchandise benefits, including early access, exclusive purchasing eligibility, welcome
discounts, and periodic promotional discounts, apply only to designated items and may exclude
certain products, sizes, or collections. Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and
may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Expiration dates, minimum
purchase requirements, and redemption methods may apply.

The “Soccer Is for Everyone” warm-up top and other exclusive merchandise may be produced
in limited quantities. Eligibility does not guarantee availability or purchase.

Videoboard message submissions are subject to content guidelines and review. Minnesota
Aurora FC reserves the right to edit, reject, reposition, or remove messages for any reason.
Submission does not guarantee placement, timing, or duration of display.

Premium parking passes are sold separately and are not included with season tickets. Priority
access does not guarantee availability and may be limited by venue capacity and event
requirements.

All benefits are subject to change without notice. Minnesota Aurora FC reserves the right to
update, modify, or discontinue any Season Ticket Member benefit at any time. Participation in
any benefit constitutes acceptance of these terms.

(3) Playoff Tickets

Playoff tickets are not included in season ticket packages except as elsewhere provided in this
Agreement. Availability, pricing, purchase limits, and seating options may vary by playoff round
and are determined in Minnesota Aurora FC’s sole discretion. Member benefits provide advance
access to purchase playoff tickets before the general public, and will be available at an
additional cost above the annual Season Ticket Member payment; however, the seats
associated with each Season Ticket Member cannot be guaranteed for playoff games.

(4) Transfer Prohibited

“Season Ticket Members may transfer individual game tickets to a third party. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, Season Ticket Members are prohibited from transferring their Season Ticket(s)
benefits to any person, whether by a request to transfer the account into another name, or by an
attempt to transfer the benefits seat locations by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property
settlement, transfer to creditors, or any other means. Any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer
Season Ticket Member benefits privileges to third parties will not be recognized by Minnesota
Aurora FC and may result in cancellation of the Season Ticket and all Season Ticket Member
benefits.”

(5) Refund and Rain Checks

No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless Minnesota Aurora FC is unable to
fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a match date or time change. Minnesota
Aurora FC reserves the right to change the date and/or starting time of any event or match and
no such change shall entitle the Season Ticket Member to a refund. In the event of cancellation
of an event or match, Minnesota Aurora FC shall not be required to issue a refund.

(6) Release of Liability

THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER, BOTH FOR THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER AND FOR
EACH SEASON TICKET USER, ACKNOWLEDGES THE RISKS INHERENT IN ATTENDING A
LIVE SPORTING EVENT AND (i) VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGERS
arising from or related in any way to attendance at the event in respect of which a ticket has

been issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after such an event, including but not limited
to the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property and the risk of personal injury or death, including
all risk of injury or death resulting from the negligence or misconduct of other patrons, (ii) agrees
to be bound by the terms printed on the back of each match ticket provided that if there is any
necessary conflict between the terms on the match ticket and the terms of this Agreement, the
terms of this Agreement will govern, and (iii) AGREES THAT THE MINNESOTA AURORA FC,
THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED ENTITIES, AND THEIR
RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, PLAYERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
PARTNERS, OWNERS, SPONSORS, CONTRACTORS AND OTHER AGENTS SHALL NOT
BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY RESULTING FROM
SUCH CAUSES AND ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED FROM SAME.

(7) Indemnification

THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER, BOTH FOR THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER AND FOR
EACH SEASON TICKET USER, AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS,
MINNESOTA AURORA FC, THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND
RELATED ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, PLAYERS,
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, OWNERS, SPONSORS, CONTRACTORS AND
OTHER AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LAWSUITS, JUDGMENTS OR
OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER OR SEASON TICKET
USER’S VIOLATION OF MINNESOTA AURORA FC POLICIES.

(8) Modification

Minnesota Aurora FC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole
discretion by posting such amendments to the Minnesota Aurora FC website.

(9) Miscellaneous

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to its
conflict of laws provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement
must be brought in the courts in the state of Minnesota. The invalidity of any provision of this
Agreement shall in no way affect the validity of any other provision hereof. This Agreement
contains all agreements of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes,
cancels and replaces any other agreement, representation or understanding of any kind or
nature.
