Bayliss Flynn

Goalkeeper

#30

Hometown: Edina, MN

School: University of Montana

The youngest signing in club history, Flynn returns to Aurora for her fourth season, and third as part of the first team, in 2025.

The Edina native joined Aurora as part of the club’s inaugural roster in 2022, signing at age 16. Flynn made one appearance that season, playing 24 minutes against former Heartland Division foe Green Bay Glory. She returned in 2023, again making a single appearance for an Aurora side that won its second-straight division title.

In 2024, Flynn joined Minnesota Aurora FC 2, Aurora’s secondary UPSL Women side, for its inaugural campaign. She made five starts in net, including two during Aurora 2’s playoff run, splitting time in goal with former first team netminder Olivia Graupmann and future San Diego Wave replacement player Mackenzie Rath.

Flynn helped Aurora 2 to an undefeated regular season in 2024, keeping one clean sheet as Aurora 2 ultimately reached the UPSL W Midwest Championship final.

Collegiately, Flynn plays NCAA Division I University of Montana, where she has spent the past two seasons.

After not making an appearance as a freshman in 2023, Flynn was thrust into the starting role in 2024, starting each of the Grizzlies’ final 14 matches. The Minnesotan was named Big Sky Conference Goalkeeper of the Year in 2024, as well as earning conference 1st team honors.

Flynn finished the 2024 campaign as the NCAA’s leader in save percentage (.925), allowing only five goals with 11 clean sheets in nearly 1,300 minutes. Both her save percentage and goals-against-average (0.35) rank as the single-season best in program history.

At the prep level, Flynn became the first-ever Minnesota high school athlete to land a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) deal, doing so at age 16.
