Kane has been with the club since its inaugural season and is entering her fourth season with the Aurora.
In 2022, Kane split time in goal with former Aurora netminder Sarah Fuller, making six appearances for a total of 194 minutes played. The California native recorded eight saves in her first season.
Kane returned in 2023, again sharing time in net with Amanda Poorbaugh and Olivia Graupmann. Kane saw 98 total minutes across four appearances that season.
2024 saw Kane thrust into the full-time starting role. She made a career-best 12 appearances – all of which were games she started – and finished with 15 saves, also a career-best in an Aurora shirt. Kane finished the regular season with a 0.58 goals against average, which was the 12th-best mark among all USL W goalkeepers.
Collegiately, Kane played for the NCAA Division III Pomona-Pitzer College for two seasons before transferring to the University of Iowa, where she made two career appearances for the Hawkeyes in 2024. The Hawkeyes finished third in the Big 10 in 2024 and would go on to clinch a berth to the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship Round of 16.
