Andréa has been working in nonprofits, community organizations, and sports in the Twin Cities for over 20 years. She excels in bringing those two passions together within Aurora, a club that leads and operates boldly and authentically and leads with its values. Her role is to ensure that Aurora makes decisions for community, by community.
Andréa has coached sports for over 23 years with a focus on soccer and a little American football, and also coaches people through leadership programs, mentoring, and training. She believes that living authentically and leading with love is the best way to change hearts and minds, and that in turn can change the world.
