
Lydia Ruppert
Assistant Coach - First Team
Lydia Ruppert is a Minneapolis native and former Division I student-athlete who played collegiate soccer at the University of Minnesota. After her time with the varsity program, she continued to represent the Gophers at the club level and served as the team’s President. Ruppert has competed with Aurora since the inaugural 2022 season and contributed in the 2023 and 2024 campaigns.
Ruppert has a Master’s of Architecture; however, she has chosen to pursue her passion for coaching and growing the game of soccer. With five years of experience already under her belt, she serves as a Varsity Girls’ Soccer Coach at her alma mater, Minneapolis Washburn High School, and also coaches at Fusion Soccer Club. She currently holds a USSF D License and is committed to advancing her coaching education in the years to come.
