Minnesota Aurora Unveils Final Jersey of 2025

Eagan, MN – Minnesota Aurora FC unveiled their latest and final new jersey of the 2025 season – the Brighter Together Kit. This vibrant teal top draws it’s inspiration from the deeply Midwest-rooted traditions of quilting, with a bold geometric pattern across the front.

“When designing this year’s kit, I wanted to focus on community and I was immediately inspired by quilting.” says Aurora jersey designer, Cassidy Sepnieski, “Quilting is all about bringing together individual pieces to create something even bigger and more beautiful; I think that is completely representative of what Aurora does. They’re the largest community-owned women’s team in the country, it’s built by all of these wonderfully unique people coming together to say, ‘I want to be a part of this’.”

This is the third new “kit” (a soccer term for what the players wear on the field) of the season, following the sign on of Aurora’s new front-of-jersey partner, Allina Health. Joining the teal Brighter Together top in the line up is a navy and red “Midnight” kit, and a very familiar purple goalkeeper “Constellation” kit.

While the three new shirts bear a new front partner, two familiar logos can still be found on the sleeve and back. “I think that’s what is really special about Aurora” Sepnieski says, “they have such a support system in their sponsors, and amazing partners like TruStone Financial and Twin Cities Orthopedics have been with them since the very beginning.”

Alongside the latest on-field updates, Aurora unveiled an exciting new pre-match top as well for the 2025 season in partnership with WeAre8 and National Alliance on Mental Illness’ (NAMI) to amplify mental health awareness and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Hotline. These pre-match tops will be worn before each home match and paired with a Mindful Moment in-stadium, then will be signed and auctioned at the end of the season to benefit NAMI Minnesota.

The Brighter Together jersey will become the team’s primary home top, and will debut this weekend in Aurora’s preseason match against Kansas City Current FC II on Sunday at 5pm. Aurora’s Regular Season Home Opener presented by Face Foundrie will be only a few days later on Thursday, May 22nd. Tickets for both matches can be found here.
